The trial judge rendered written reasons in this matter which we herewith set out in full:.“The plaintiff brings this suit under the provisions of the Workmen’s Compensation Act of the State of Louisiana LSA-R.S. 23:1021 et seq., seeking the recovery of compensation for permanent and total disability not in excess of 400 weeks, and, in the alternative for permanent partial disability not in excess of 300 weeks,
