MEMORANDUM OPINION AND RULING DISMISSING COMPLAINT FOR LACK OF STANDING

VIETOR, Senior District Judge.

Plaintiff David Leach, proceeding pro se, brings this action against defendant Mediacom 1 alleging violations of the Ca ble Communications Policy Act (“Cable Act”), 47 U.S.C. §§ 521-573. Plaintiff seeks, inter alia, injunctive relief compelling Mediacom to cablecast on its public access programming channel certain material produced by plaintiff.
