Appellant Stanley Jones appeals his convictions for one count of unlawful use or occupation of public lands, in violation of 43 C.F.R. § 2920.1-2(a) and (e), and two counts of allowing his livestock to graze without authorization on public lands, in violation of 48 C.F.R. § 4140.1(b)(l)(i). 1 Exercising jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291, we affirm his convictions. 2
