Reversing.

Vartkus (Walter) Gapoian, 16 years old, born of Armenian parents bnt a native of America, has been sentenced to 21 years imprisonment upon a conviction of an assault with an offensive weapon with an intent to rob.

The appellant, with Seymour Abrams and Mike Nickovitch, other young men of Gary, Ind., rented an automobile in that city or in Chicago1, and going far beyond the terms of its rental, came to Kentucky last October.
