OPINION The Debtor, Midwest M & D Services, Inc., an Illinois corporation, has moved for a finding that Matthew Porter violated the automatic stay of 11 U.S.C. §362(a)(3) by filing a lawsuit against Douglas and Dawn Hanabarger.
