A Lumpkin County Superior Court convicted Rockey Allen Dockery of possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute. Dockery appeals, arguing that the trial court erred by (1) giving an impermissible sequential jury charge; (2) refusing to charge the jury on the law of equal access; (3) admitting hearsay statements; and (4) allowing an audiotaped statement to go out with the jury during deliberations.
