—In an action to recover damages for • personal injuries, the plaintiffs appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Kramer, J.), dated January 3, 1996, which, upon granting the defendant’s motion pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (5) to dismiss the complaint, dismissed the complaint as barred by the Statute of Limitations.
Ordered that the order and judgment is affirmed, with costs.
