MEMORANDUM OPINION
ROBERT H. JACOBVITZ, Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Creditors’ Objection to Exemptions (Docket No.27). David Forlano and Debrianna Mansini (sometimes, “Creditors”), by and through their attorneys, The Law Office of George “Dave” Giddens, P.C. (Patricia Bradley), objected to Debtor’s claimed exemption in certain funds Debtor deposited pre-petition into a Roth Individual Retirement Account (“Roth IRA”).
