This is an appeal from the judgment for the defendantappellee entered pursuant to the order granting the motion for a directed verdict made at the close of the evidence.
The plaintiffs-appellants are husband and wife. In the early hours of the morning of January 16, 1961, Mrs. Na*379gata was driving the family automobile, with her husband sitting in the front seat on her right and their son on the back seat.
