MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
JAMES H. WILLIAMS, Bankruptcy Judge.
The United Steel Workers of America (USWA or Union) brings the present controversy before the court on a motion for appointment to the unsecured creditors’ committee of the Chapter 11 debtor and debtor in possession, Enduro Stainless, Inc. (Enduro). On February 21, 1986 Enduro filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of Title 11 of the United States Code and simultaneously filed a list of its 20 largest unsecured creditors in accordance with Rule 1007(d) of the Bankruptcy Rules.
