The following is the substance of the oral judgment delivered by

EMMONS, Circuit Judge.

This was a bill to quiet the complainant’s title to lands situate in Wayne county, known as the Reeder farm. The complainant claims title as an heir of John Harvey, to whom the lands were patented in 1811.
