MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
THORNBURG, District Judge.
THIS MATTER is before the Court on the Plaintiffs’ motions to remand and to amend the complaint, the Defendant Tran-south Mortgage Corporation’s (Transouth) motion to dismiss, to stay, and to compel arbitration, and the motion of Defendant Raintree Realty and Construction, Inc. (Raintree) to dismiss.
