Defendant pled guilty to charges of armed robbery, MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, and first-degree criminal sexual conduct (CSC I), MCL 750.520b; MSA 28.788(2). He appeals by right.

Defendant’s armed robbery conviction must be reversed because he was not told he could not receive probation for that offense. People v Rogers, 412 Mich 669; 316 NW2d 701 (1982). The people’s argument that the Rogers decision should not be applied retroactively misses the point. Defendant is not asking for retroactive application.
