Plaintiffs Harvey Barnett, Inc. and Infant Swimming Research, Inc. (collectively, “ISR”) filed a complaint against three former employees, alleging state-law claims of misappropriation of trade secrets, breach of contract, and unjust enrichment, as well as claims of unfair competition and deceptive trade practices under the Colorado Consumer Protection Act (“CCPA”), Colo.Rev.Stat. § 6-1-105.
