HOLTZOFF, District Judge.

This action is brought by the Roman Catholic Archbishop of Washington, D. C., a corporation sole, as owner in fee of certain real property adjacent to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, against the Board of Zoning Adjustment of the District of Columbia, to set aside an order that denied an application for permission to establish a gasoline serv ice station on the property in question.
