Appeal from a judgment of dismissal. Appellant filed a claim against tbe estate of Jonah H. Wood. It was disallowed. There was an appeal to tbe district court where pleadings were filed, appellant alleging that on November 1, 1920, tbe deceased was indebted to him in the sum of $6,360 for board, lodging, care and nursing furnished at bis request by appellant during tbe years from 1894 to November, 1920, upon wMcb bad been paid $1,030.
