READY, Chief Judge.

By supplemental complaint in this school desegregation case, the United States seeks injunctive and other relief against the Board of Trustees and Superintendent of the Tunica County School District, the State of Mississippi and State Board of Education for paying out of public school funds second-semester salaries of 19 white teachers who, at the close, of the first semester of the current school year, refused to accept re-assignments as directed by the school board after entry of this court's latest desegregation order and submitted their resignations as…
