This appeal and cross appeal arise out of various orders entered by the trial court within a judgment converting a decree of legal separation to a judgment of dissolution. On appeal, the plaintiff, Sandra Lynn Buggy,1 raises claims primarily addressing the custody order of the parties’ two minor children. On cross appeal, the defendant, Glenn Mills Buggy, challenges certain financial orders relating to child support and alimony. Because neither party has filed a transcript of the proceedings in the trial court, we decline to reach the merits of either party’s claims. We therefore…
