• On April 24, 1931, the R. J. Reynolds Tobacco Company, Turnbull Cone & Machine Company, and T. E. Brooks & Co. filed an involuntary petition in bankruptcy against the A. B. Jones Company, an Arkansas corporation engaged in the wholesale grocery business with its headquarters at Jonesboro, Ark., and with branches at Blytheville and Leaehville.
