hOn recommendation of the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct, we hereby accept the voluntary surrender, in lieu of probable disbarment proceedings, of the license of Steven Eugene Cauley, of Little Rock, Arkansas, to practice law in the State of Arkansas. Mr. Cauley is set to enter a guilty plea to one count of felony wire fraud and one count of criminal contempt in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on June 1, 2009.
