Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which found petitioner guilty of violating certain prison disciplinary rules.

The Hearing Officer personally interviewed the confidential informant and the in camera testimony before us sufficiently *687establishes petitioner’s guilt and the need to protect the informant’s identity (see, Matter of McClean v LeFevre, 142 AD2d 911).
