Pending before the Court is a request of Borders Group, Inc. and its debtor subsidiaries, as debtors and debtors in possession (collectively, the “Debtors”) for an extension of their exclusive periods pursuant to section 1121(d) of the Bankruptcy Code (the “Motion”).
