This is a civil suit for injunctive relief and money damages in which plaintiff Techmaster, Inc. charges defendant Compact Automation Products, LLC with breach of duty of good faith and fair dealing, violation of the Wisconsin Fair Dealership Act, Wis. Stat. ch. 135, and tortious interference with a contract. It is before the court on plaintiffs motion for a preliminary injunction prohibiting defendant from selling products directly to a third party, TomoTherapy, rather than through plaintiff, defendant’s distributor.
