The purpose of the bill in this case was to obtain a decree quieting the title to a certain tract of land in the city of Orange. It was filed by Barry, the present appellant, under an act entitled “An act to compel the determination of claims to real estate in certain cases and to quiet the title to the same” (Comp. Stat. p. 5899), against the present respondents, Tunick, Reznik, Krasner and Lange.
