ORDER PARTIALLY GRANTING MOTION TO APPROVE COMPROMISE

We are asked in this proceeding to approve a motion to compromise (“Motion”) (Doc. 75) reached in a lawsuit filed by the chapter 7 trustee against Westfield Insurance Company (“Westfield”) to recover monetary damages based on Westfield’s obligation under an insurance policy to fund the Debtor’s attorney’s fees incurred in certain kinds of litigation, pursuant to Fed.
