This was an action of ejectment tried at the October term, 1834, of the Schuyler Circuit Court, before the Hon. Richard M. Young. This was an action of ejectment brought to recover possession of the North West quarter of Section 30, Town 2 North, of Range 1 West of the 4th principal meridian, lying in the county of Schuyler.
