Before the Court for resolution is a long raging dispute between and among two judgment creditors and John Galt Energy Corporation (“Galt” or “Debtor”) relating to entitlement to a certain fund of money arising out of pre-petition litigation in the State of Kentucky. Galt filed its Chapter 11 petition in October 1983. In early 1985, this Court (per Honorable Cecilia H.
