(appellees) brought suit to recover the outstanding balance on a note executed by Boat Ramp Road Partners, LLC and guaranteed by Gregory Lorenzetti, Eric J. Nathan, Gregory Green-stein, Jeffrey Goldstein and Philip Weener.
