The parties each appeal from the August 11, 2006 opinion of the Workers’ Compensation Commission (commission) awarding Clinton Tennessee (claimant) permanent partial disability benefits based on a 37% permanent partial impairment rating for his right leg and denying his claim for temporary partial disability benefits because he failed to prove he adequately marketed his residual work capacity.
