This appeal is from an order of the superior court in and for the city and county of San Francisco settling the sixth annual account of the respondent Union Trust Company of San Francisco as trustee of the trusts created by the last will and testament of, Abraham Gartenlaub, deceased. The appeal is prosecuted by Alice G. B.
