Introduction

Appellant Joseph Flenton Torrey appeals his conviction for capital murder. In four points, Torrey asserts that the evidence supporting his conviction is legally and factually insufficient, that the trial court wrongly denied his motion for a mistrial, and that the trial court erred by refusing to include a requested jury instruction.
