This cause came on for hearing on May 25, 2007 to consider confirmation of the Chapter 13 Plan (Doc. #5) proposed by Christopher Lee LaDeaux and Holly Lyn LaDeaux (collectively, “Debtors,” or “Mr. LaDeaux” and “Mrs. LaDeaux”), and the Objection thereto (Doc. #26) interposed by Regional Acceptance Corporation (“Regional”).
