— In a proceeding to stay arbitration, the appeals are (1) from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Leggett, J.), entered September 21,1981, which denied the application, dismissed the petition, and granted respondent’s cross motion to compel arbitration, and (2) as limited by appellant’s brief, from so much of an order of the same court, entered March 25, 1982, as upon granting renewal of the application adhered to the original determination.
