| Appellant Debra Johnson appeals her March 6, 2008 conviction by a Union County Circuit Court jury on a charge of murder in the second degree, with a firearm enhancement, for which she was sentenced to a total of 450 months’ imprisonment in the Arkansas Department of Correction. Appellant raises nine points on appeal. She challenges the sufficiency of the evidence to support the conviction and also argues that the circuit court erred in admitting into evidence (1) a compact disc recording of a 911 call; (2) photographs of items in the front seat of the victim’s car;…
