Sergeant First Class Ted Squire was convicted at a general court-martial with members, contrary to his pleas, of engaging in a sexual act with a child who had not attained the age of twelve years, in violation of Article 120, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 920 (2006). 1 He was sentenced to twenty years confinement and reduction to the grade of E-l.
