OPINION Before the Court is a creditor’s motion to dismiss this chapter 13 case, arguing that Debtors’ unsecured debts exceed the eligibility limit. After a final evidentiary hearing, the Court concludes that the debts are within the statutory limit. The motion therefore will be denied. A. Facts.
