Cockrell, J.

— Certain resident taxpayers of St. Lucie County obtained an injunction against the issuance of bonds voted for the construction of hard surfaced roads and a public dock, under authority of Chapter 6016, Laws of 1909, which is a special ■ or local law. Pending the appeal in this court, the legislature passed an act, being Chapter 6302 of the Laws of 1911, validating the said *528bond issue-and requiring the levy of taxes to pay the interest and to provide a sinking fund.
