The Chancery Court of Marshall County adjudged appellant, Roy Rochelle, guilty of contempt of court by the violation of the court’s decree enjoining him from the sale of intoxicating liquor on certain property, and he was fined $1,000 and sentenced to serve a term of six months in the county jail.
