ELDRIDGE, Judge.
This is an appeal from an order of the Chatham County Superior Court confirming an arbitration award in favor of the plaintiff, J. C. Bradford & Company (“Bradford”).
Bradford is a Tennessee limited liability company authorized to do business in the State of Georgia as a licensed securities broker-dealer. The defendants, William L. and Diane L. Hilliard, held a margin account with Hanifen, Imhoff, Inc., which they transferred to Bradford.
