FOR THE COURT:

¶ 1. Salathiel Presley and Larry Moore-head 1 (collectively, the Appellants) appeal the Winston County Chancery Court’s judgment dismissing with prejudice their petition asserting an adverse-possession claim against Ronald Stokes and Billy Heard (collectively, the Appellees). The Appellants assert that the chancellor erred by applying an incorrect legal standard and by finding that they failed to prove all the elements of their adverse-possession claim by clear and convincing evidence.
