In this action concerning the Robert Beyer Family Trust, the plaintiffs, as beneficiaries of that trust, sought recovery for losses sustained as a result of defendants, First National Bank of Colorado Springs (First National) and United Bank of Colorado Springs (United Bank), the trustees of the trust, having pursued an aggressive, risky investment policy. Ruling principally on the basis that plaintiffs had knowingly consented to the investment policy, the trial court entered judgment for defendants. Plaintiffs appeal, and we affirm.
