The Moscow Air Transportation Company Avas the owner of an airplane. On or about August 1, 1931, it leased the airplane to one Virgil Adair. About August 10, 1931, the airplane was inspected by an inspector of airplanes of the United States and declared to be unfit for carrying passengers. The inspector ordered that the airplane could only be flown to either Spokane, Washington, Butte, Montana, or Boise, Idaho, for repairs.
