Appellee was appellant’s third wife, and appellant was appellee’s third husband. As the fruits of their former marriages, appellee had four children, and appellant had six children. And as a pledge of their mutual loves, appellee had borne one child to appellant, which child was, at the commencement of this suit, about two months old.
