— In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., plaintiffs appeal from (1) a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 29, 1976, in favor of the defendants, after a jury trial and (2) an order of the same court, entered July 23, 1976, which denied their motion to set aside the judgment and either direct judgment in their favor or order a new trial pursuant to CPLR 4404.
