Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Lakritz, J.), rendered October 15, 1985, convicting him of promoting gambling in the first degree and possession of gambling records in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a *796hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress evidence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
