*1830Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Wyoming County (Michael F. Griffith, J.), entered May 3, 2010 in a proceeding pursuant to Family Court Act article 6. The order, inter alia, granted the petition for permission to relocate permanently with the parties’ children to the state of Maryland.

It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously affirmed without costs.
