MEMORANDUM OPINION

ADAMS, Judge.

¶ 1 While employed as welding foreman for his brother’s business, Skinner Tank Company (Employer), Wayne Skinner (Claimant) injured his neck and back in 1992 when a piece of steel weighing several tons fell from a crane, striking him on the head. Claimant was examined at an emergency clinic, treated with prescriptions and released that day. Claimant returned to work for 14 months, during which time he sought additional medical treatment for his neck and back pain.
