*674Orders, Family Court, New York County (Sara E Schechter, J.), entered on or about August 18 and 29, 2005, which, following a fact-finding determination that respondent mother had neglected her son Tequan R, awarded legal custody and guardianship to the child’s father, with visitation to the mother, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, the orders vacated, and the matter remanded for new fact-finding and dispositional hearings before a different judge.
