In the Interest of P. M. H.
Court of Appeals of Georgia
1Opinion of the Court
Bernes, Judge.
The Juvenile Court of Ware County adjudicated P. M. H. as delinquent, after finding that P. M. H. violated the Georgia Controlled *644Substances Act by possessing with intent to distribute marijuana and OCGA § 15-11-2 (12) (D) by being an unruly child, a runaway. In this appeal, P. M. H. challenges the sufficiency of the evidence as to his drug conviction. He also contends that the State failed to establish the chain of custody of the marijuana and that the detective who conducted the scientific tests identifying the marijuana was not properly qualified. We find no error and affirm.
