In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants M.C. and E.D. Beck, Inc., d/b/a P & G’s Restaurant, and Michael C. Beck appeal, as limited by their brief, from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Kitzes, J.), dated October 22, 1997, as denied their motion to transfer the venue of the action to Ulster County.
Ordered that the order is affirmed insofar as appealed from, with costs.
